Enzen Global Limited trading as nxzen (“nxzen Global”) including its subsidiaries and any subsidiaries of such Subsidiaries (“nxzen Group Companies”) from time to time. For the purpose of this Policy nxzen Global and nxzen Group Companies are collectively referred to as “nxzen”.

“EEA” European Economic Area as it is made up from time to time

 “Personal Data” shall have the meaning set out in, and will be interpreted in accordance with Data Protection Laws

 “Processing” shall have the meaning set out in and will be interpreted in accordance with Data ProtectionLaws

 “SCC” Standard Contractual Clauses means clauses approved by the European Commission to frame internationaldata transfers to countries which do have an adequacy decision from the European Commission

 “Subsidiary”  means as defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006

Personal data collected

nxzen may collect identifiers such as your name, business email address and business contact information, usage data (such as IP addresses), browser type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the nxzen website, as well as cookie sand similar technologies, which are tracking identifiers to improve site performance

 nxzen collects Personal Data directly from you via website forms, automatically via cookies and analytics tools and also from third parties such as service providers or partners

Lawful basis for processing

nxzen Processes your Personal Data based on consent, for matters such as marketing emails or non-essential cookies, based on contract performance for service delivery, and based on legal and regulatory compliance

How your personal data is used

nxzen uses your Personal Data to provide, operate, and maintain its website and services, to communicate with you for matters such as service updates and marketing communications, to improve our services and for recruitment purposes where you have provided your Personal Information to us in response to a careers advertisement

International data transfers

As nxzen is a global organisation, several entities from the nxzen Group companies may access Process your Personal Data dependent upon the type of request and the operational and geographical scope. However, such access will always be strictly limited to the relevant stakeholder(s) both from a functional and geographical scope.  All Processing activities, including any international data transfers of Personal Data shall be made by appropriate data transfer mechanisms, in particular SSCs, for international data transfers to countries that do not have an adequacy decision made by the European Commission.

Data sharing

nxzen may share your Personal Data with its service providers, where required, for service delivery and/or administration purposes, its business partners where you have provided your consent (or where it is necessary for the provision of nxzen services), and with legal and regulatory authorities where this may be required by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public, law enforcement and/or regulatory authorities.  

Data retention

nxzen will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, and in accordance with legal requirements. After this period, Personal Data is securely deleted.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, or deletion of your Personal Data. You may also object to nxzen’s processing of your Personal Data, or request that the Processing is restricted. You may withdraw your consent to the Processing of your Personal Data at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the Processing. In addition, you may ask for the communication of the Personal Data that is held by nxzen in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format.
